Our herd are all grass fed and carry the “High Health Accreditation”. This ensures only the purest & most succulent meat is made available to the public. We have our own pedigree Aberdeen Angus Bull – Gordon to his friends.
Our pigs are traditional breeds, brought in as weaners and grown free range on a variety of beach nuts, acorns, barley and seasonal apples from the orchard.
